Table Tennis at Wood Lane Bus Station

The stretch of concrete on Wood Lane between the White City bus station and the main road is a rather windswept and unlovely place, but it has one redeeming feature - free all-weather table tennis tables, which (best of all) don't get put away in winter. 

It's an in-between sort of space that Westfield doesn't quite seem to know what to do with.  There used to be picnic tables, but these have all been taken away.  And, in truth, who would want to have a picnic on Wood Lane? 

But outdoor table tennis is different.  And, unlike the temporary table tennis tables which have just been put up at TV Centre - you can play table tennis here all year, rain or shine.
