New Hotel Proposed for Shepherd's Bush Green

Proposed hotel on Shepherd's Bush Green
A new hotel is being proposed for the west side of Shepherd's Bush Green, located next to two existing hotels - the Dorsett (formerly the Shepherd's Bush Pavilion) and the Hoxton (formerly the Shepherd's Bush Post Office).

The new proposed hotel is be built on the side of the current disused building, which until a couple of years ago was a Barclays Bank, but has since sat empty and boarded up. You can find the consultation online here

Lamington Group
The company behind the development is the Lamington Group, which is holding a public consultation on its proposals. To see more, read the flyer below.

The proposal is part of the White City Regeneration Area, a decade-old local government scheme designed to regenerate White City and Shepherd's Bush.  The current proposal is not to demolish the existing building but to refurbish it and convert it into a hotel.

The consultation opens today, Monday 28 July. The Lamington Group welcomes feedback from local residents and stakeholders.
