St Stephen's Wins Best Primary School in UK
St Stephen's Church of England School in Shepherd's Bush has won the "TES" Award (the "Oscars" of school awards) in the category of Best Primary School in the UK. There are around 21,000 primary schools in the UK - so this is a huge achievement for our local school.

St Stephen's School Nominated for TES Award
St Stephen's Church of England school in Shepherd's Bush has been nominated for a "TES" Award (the "Oscars" of school awards) in the category of Best Primary School. Bearing in mind that there are around 21,000 primary schools in the UK, this is a significant achievement in a very crowded field.
St Stephen's School is affiliated with St Stephen's Church, Shepherd's Bush and was built at the same time, circa 1849-50.
St Stephen's is led by the charismatic Michael Schumm, a well-respected head whose good nature and pursuit of excellence helps to give the school its unique character.

St Stephen's 38th Best Primary School in the UK
Parents at St Stephen's Church of England school are celebrating another great year for our local state primary - which has been ranked No 38 in the UK by The Times, placing it once again near the very top of the UK education league tables.
St Stephen's School is affiliated with St Stephen's Church, Shepherd's Bush and was built at the same time, circa 1849-50.
St Stephen's is led by the charismatic Michael Schumm, a much-loved head whose good nature and sunny personality gives the school its unique character.

St Stephen's is an excellent local school, one where parents are invited work together with staff to produce outcomes which have earned the school the classification of "Outstanding" from Ofsted.
Visit a classroom at St Stephen's and you will see happy children eager to learn, in an environment that feels both challenging (expectations are high) but also supportive and nurturing. Parents are encouraged to get involved and also to put their hands in their pockets for FOSS - Friends of St Stephen's.
