It's an annual event, organised by the highly efficient Friends of Brook Green, who we all have to thank for the excellent playground (top swings, and a brilliant slide); one of the best in West London.
I took my children to the same event last year and it was a great day - big, boisterous and full of families.
The only downside was how busy it all was, with long lines for the tentpole attractions like the bouncy castle and the helter skelter.
Our advice? Get there early, beat the crowds, and then beat an early retreat for lunch.
