Riverside Studios

Riverside Studios re-opened on the north bank of The Thames this year, a new community arts centre for our neighbourhood.

Covid-19 has not been kind to their program of events, but there is much going on online.

Riverside Studios is hosting many free events to entertain and connect on Zoom.

About Riverside Studios

Riverside Studios from the South Bank of The Thames

After a five-year closure, and many million of pounds, Riverside Studios re-opened this year on the north bank of The Thames in a brand-new building. 

The cafe and exhibition space was the first to open; this was followed by the theatre in January, with two cinemas opening in February 2020. However, Corona virus has thrown a might spanner in the works.

You can enjoy the riverside walk which has been made possible by the new development. The new public embankment walkway allows visitors to walk from Hammersmith Bridge all the way downriver to Putney.

Riverside Trust
Riverside Studios is run by the the charity Riverside Trust, which uses commercial revenue to support its charitable objectives, such as making the arts accessible to a wider community, as well as education.
