Trampolining in Acton at Oxygen |
My children aged 9,10 and 12 absolutely loved it and wanted to stay an extra hour after our hour slot ran out. We could see tots, teenaged and fifty year olds all tumbling about in the brightly lit warehouse on an industrial estate.
Tickets are £12.50 for an hour and the £2 for the obligatory socks (keep them for next time) so it was not cheap but after the session we felt we had got our money's worth and even I had revisited my trampolining youth and loved it.
I would recommend it thoroughly for grown ups who want to jump their cares away but if you don't have to bounce - there is a nice cafe where most grown ups were reading the paper and watching TV. Go soon as its all nice and shiny, new and clean.

You can get there on the 95 bus from Shepherds Bush, by tube to West Acton, by rail to Acton Main Line (a bit of a walk) or it is a quick road trip up the A40. There are summer camps and my kids thought it very cool that the famous pioneer of parkour free running Sebastien Foucan is running summer camps there http://bit.ly/1SRij2R.
