River Goldhawk

The Goldhawk road is a river today as a burst water main flooded the street and forced its closure to traffic.

Thames Water are there in force, along with lots of police (why?) and you can't enter the Goldhawk road at either end.

There is no information at present as to when the leak will be fixed.

Pedestrian access is mostly pretty good, as long as you have decent shoes and don't mind hugging the edges of the pavement.

According to the Thames Water website: "Following a mains burst on Goldhawk Road, W12 we are aware that some customers in West London are currently without water or have low pressure. We are really sorry, and our team onsite are doing everything possible to resolve the problem and return water supply as quickly as possible. We will update this page (and our social media pages below) as soon as we know what time supply will return".
