There is also a party from 7.30pm onwards, helping to raise funds for the Kite Studios art education sponsorship fund.
So come along on June 18th, check out some great art, and get involved with your local community.
What's this all about?
Kite Studios is hosting an art show on 4pm to 7pm on Saturday June 18. It's an exhibition of art work "made by all ages and abilities". Kite Studios will "highlight our portfolio project class, some of whom have been attending our classes since the age of 5"! Many of these students are now applying to art college.
Where and When?
18th June 2016 from 4pm to 5pm at Kite Studios, 2B Bassein Park Rd, London W12 9RY
Who is welcome?
All are welcome, including families. For kids, there will be popcorn, and collaborative painting of bunting for West London Action for Children.
What about the party?
From 7.30pm onwards Kite Studios is hosting a summer evening party. It's free, but guests are invited to make a suggested donation of £10 at the door. There will be live music by Lyra, a band started by Jenna Naylor (part of the Kite Studios team), playing songs from their new album, followed by "John Glyn's fabulous music trio". Summer cocktails are by Maria and "delicious finger food will be sold to raise money for the sponsorship fund". Guests are also asked to "bring a bottle if you can".
Who is this in aid of?
All donations will be used to support the Kite Art CIC sponsorship fund. Kite Studios is raising money for an art project with Wendell Park primary school in which children attend a regular "Create in Clay" class at Kite Studios.
